National Park
Our National Park located in Basse-Terre includes the largest rainforest of the Lesser Antilles and is recognized for its biological diversity. Hiking trails lead to two popular waterfalls: the Chute du Carbet and the Cascade aux Ecrevisses. The most adventurous visitors can try rappelling, a jeep safari or even climbing to the summit of La Soufriere. La Soufriere volcano is affectionately referred as La Grande Dame by Guadeloupeans.
